Most frequent questions and answers
We usually take 3 – 7 Business days to reach you depending on where you live, this does not include processing time. Current processing time due to COVID-19 is a Minimum of 24hrs. If you live in a rural area shipping may take a little longer. You will also receive a tracking number in your email when your vehicle is getting ready to ship. Please make sure that you answer your phone for the shipping company though because they will not deliver your vehicle without contacting you first to schedule delivery.
Most vehicles are shipped 90% assembled in a crate and minor assembly is required. Larger vehicles like , Joyner, are fully assembled . We are available at your request, let us know if we should assemble your Vehicle or not.
- ATVs – Wheels, Handlebars, Footrests, Racks, Front Bumper, and Battery.
- Go Karts – Wheels, Seats, Roll cage, Steering Wheel, Front Suspension, and Battery.
- Dirt Bikes – Front Wheel, Handlebars, and front forks.
- Scooters – Handlebars, Front Wheel, Trunk or Spoiler, and battery.
Not a problem! Fill out the warranty claim form on our website and we will send you out the replacement part free of charge. However, minor scrapes and scratches from crating and shipping is normal and you can use touch up paint to repair those if you have any.
